The house overlooks the Spey and is only a few minutes away from the famed Speyside Way that extends from Spey Bay in the north (shortly to be extended to Buckie) to Ballindalloch and beyond, with spurs from Craigellachie to Dufftown (4 miles) and Ballindalloch to Tomintoul (15 miles).
