Classical Egyptian dance celebrates femininity and was traditionally danced with / for other women and was not originally a performance art.

The dance activates many muscle groups particularly those of the torso. It helps to tone shape and strengthen the body when practised regularly & correctly as its a dance using body isolations that promote muscle control.

It is very feminine and encourages women to feel good about themselves and of course is a lot of fun! It is suitable for women of all ages, body shapes and ability.
